译文：所有不与父母住在一起的国际生都要求与JR教育公司签订寄宿服务。去年的寄宿费用为14,500美金。

原文：All international students that don’t stay with their parents are required to stay with JR Education home stay services.

The fee last year was $14,500 for the year.
